How to use Apple Pencil for scrolling?

I write on my iPad using the Apple Pencil without using scribble. So when I’m writing, I like to draw lines and I can’t draw over 11 inches because that’s the size of the iPad how do I continue drawing/writing while I’m scrolling?

No Scribble option Hello, I have iPad Pro 11 (1.generation 2018) and Apple pencil 2. generation and I would like to use the scribble option but I don't have it as an option in settings, but when I try to search by the search bar in settings, it finds it but I can't click on it at all. I tried to restart my iPad, it didnť help. What should I do? Does my iPad even support the scribble option with my apple pencil? Thank you.
