Facetime outgoing call I didn't make

This evening, a friend returned a missed FaceTime call from me. The interesting part is that I never made this FaceTime call, and it doesn't show as an outgoing call on either my iPhone or iPad, yet it appeared in his recent calls. Has anyone else experienced this? Should I be concerned?

Are you sure the friend was not mistaken or used that as an excuse to call you. If you go to Settings > [name on top], and scroll to the bottom, you will see a list of devices that are logged into your account and may be able to make a FaceTime call. Is there any other device listed other than yours?
