Facebook App log in error on iphone 13

I continue to get an error message "Unexpected error occurred. Please try logging in again." on my Iphone 13. This only occurs when I'm trying to access my Facebook or Messenger through the apps. I can log on to Facebook through safari, google or any other search engine on my Iphone with no issues. I have tried password reset and also tried to create a new account but this also get error message! I have even tried reinstalling the app! but nothing works. Please help!
