Touchbar not working

I’VE MACBOOK PRO 2019 AND MY TOUCH BAR IS NOT WORKING (THE DISPLAY IS BLANK NO LIGHTS).

HOW CAN I FIX THIS ?

Ensure App Controls and Show Control Strip are enabled in System Settings > Keyboard:


Reset SMC and NVRAM:


Restart through Safe Mode:


If that fails to resolve this, contact Apple Support:
