Connect AirPods to someone else's AppleTV

This is the scenario:

I walk into my sisters guest room for the weekend with my AirPod Pros in my ears.

I turn on her Apple TV that she has hooked up to the guest TV.

I navigate up to the Control Center > Audio to (hopefully) select my AirPods, but no; They are not showing / available as a selection.

Why not?

How can I use my AirPods on an Apple TV that is not my own?

Thanks.

No I didn't; as this will result in "un-pairing" my AirPods from my own personal AppleTV, and from all my other personal Apple devices.

The only solution I found was to add myself (Apple ID) to my sister's Apple TV as a 'user'. Then my AirPods become available as an audio source under the Audio Menu.

Sort of a pain, but I can just delete myself from her AppleTV when I leave.

Thanks for suggestions though.
