My iPhone 14 Pro Max Battery Health 88% after about 1 year and 8 months.

I’m kinda concerned about my iPhone 14 Pro Max battery health lately i notice it drains quite fast actually.

First I’m a very heavy user i been using my iPhone while charging and not charging continuously since like i bought it (i don’t do anymore but now seems like it’s too late…) Like before i used to play heavy intensity games like PUBG Mobile while charging, browsing, watching youtube, social media all that kind of stuff while charging well… Obviously that for sure speed up the wear and tear of the battery but now i want to know should i do a battery replacement now at 88% or wait till 80% as how Apple says?
