How to reset password without access to Email

You don't say why you cannot get into your email account. Keeping an up to date email account is very important when using an Apple Account. Your password is a pretty key feature to getting into an account so Apple has extra security measures such as making sure that the person who is trying to change the password can also get into the email account associated with that Apple Account.
If you can't get access to it you may have to use Account Recovery. If you find you can’t sign in, reset your password, or receive verification codes, you can request account recovery (go to this document: How to use account recovery when you can’t reset your Apple ID password - Apple Support ) to regain access to your account. Account recovery might take a few days or longer, depending on the specific account information you can provide to verify your identity. One tip to using account recovery it to look for options in small blue letters beneath the normal log-in items if you cannot complete the requested information.
