How to clear Apple ID balance to change region?
Hello. The reason I want to remove my store credit is because I moved to another country and want to change the country of my Apple ID

Buy something more expensive than your balance and use a different payment method from the current region for the extra amount; if you can't, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff to zero it.
