Unable to add to a Collaborated playlist that I created?

Hi,

I created a Collaborated playlist for my wife and myself and although i can add songs to it on my iPhone on Windows 11 in the Apple Music App it won't let me. Does anyone here know what I'm doing wrong? I can add to normal playlist but not a collaborated one.
