App Store will not open - Cannot connect “try again” “Something went wrong”

I’ve tried almost everything recommend to get AppStore to work!

including rebooting, turning airplane mode on and off and switching to either cellular or WiFi. I have tried a few more things. I did notice that I had a screen time setting that said AppStore- don’t allow which was checked. I turned off screen time and content restrictions and also unchecked share across devices. Still does not work. Can anyone lend me some insight?
