When to Turn WiFi Calling On:
If you're in an area with weak cellular reception but have a strong WiFi connection, WiFi calling can improve call quality and reliability. Some carriers offer free or lower-cost international calls over WiFi, which can save you money when you're abroad. In areas with poor cellular coverage, your phone constantly searches for a signal, draining the battery. Using WiFi calling can help conserve battery life.
When to Turn WiFi Calling Off:
If you have a strong and consistent cellular signal, you may not need WiFi calling, as cellular networks often provide better call quality. If your WiFi connection is weak or unstable, it can cause dropped calls or poor call quality. In this case, relying on cellular networks might be better. Some people prefer not to route calls through WiFi due to potential privacy concerns, though WiFi calling is generally secure.

WiFi calling allows your phone to make calls over a WiFi network when the cellular signal is weak or unstable. There is no reason to turn WiFi calling off if your cellular carrier supports it.
