Apple Mail iOS 17.5.1 Exchange 365 Graphic add to signature

Signatures set to per account. three accounts exist. the other two are not relevant. I need to put the company logo in the signature. all efforts have failed. ZERO interest in paying for a feature invented in the 80s. plz help. tried png, jpg what am I doing wrong?
