Iphone 11 randomly glitching and looks like an old tv screen

i just woke up and looked at my phone to check the time but I couldn’t even see what time it was because as soon as I looked at the screen it was glitching with rainbow lines and it turned the screen red and green. My phones screen just got fixed a few months ago, it has no cracks, the screen is normal. I tried force restarting it, but that didn’t work. I don’t know what’s wrong with my phone? I can’t restart it at all it’s useless now please help
