I have unpaired my Apple Watch to my phone as some data wasn’t transferring to my fitness app. Now I can’t pair it back as it says my watch is already paired however my fitness data is no longer updating on the app.

Have you unpaired your watch in the right way? Then it couldn’t be saying that it is still paired
