How can I apply for an Apple Card

I am trying to find the Apple Card availability but I cannot find it which I believe could be due to me not adding all cards and keys. I go to previous card and it has a card I no longer use asking me to add to wallet. But when I do even when I don’t have that bank account anymore it says it doesn’t work. Which I do believe it making it not work for me to look at an Apple Card. How can I apply for an Apple Card
