App Store no longer on iPad

I can’t find the App Store on my iPad.

How can it be restored?

parental controls are not the issue as everything is showing as “allowed” for downloads and purchases.

I tried to look in the library, it’s not there. I asked Siri to open it and received a message saying it was an invalid url.

please help! How do I get my App Store back? Thank you!
