Apple has nothing to do with your phone bill.

1. Add this to your account: Sign in to iCloud on all your devices
2. Go Here: https://checkcoverage.apple.com/coverage

Getting the IMEI number

1. Go to: Settings
2. Tap: General
3. Tap: About
4. Scroll Down: to see the IMEI Number

Getting a Purchase Invoice:

• Look for eMail bill
• Contact the seller
• Look for a service claim.
• Log in to your Cellular provider's site
