Whatsapp sending verification code to an unknown iphone X

3. I tried to move whatsapp chat history from old android to new IPhone using whatsapp "Transfer chat history" but realized that it only works for android to android device, so I started looking for other options.

4. I found this icarefone whatsapp transfer internal beta application which I installed in my old android device and tried to transfer it but it required paid subscription which was costly, so I left it midway.

5. Now since I was not left with any option I erased my IPhone without erasing the esim which I activated recently and then tried to sync whatsapp this time with it and it needed to login to whatsapp in my old android device which this time I was not able to do, as it said, you have requested SMS too many times.

6. So, I waited for a day and tried but still prompted with the same message. I tried call verification but it prompts to try again in an hour which I did after an hour and it again prompts the same thing.

So, this time I setup my new IPhone without moving data from old android and tried to login to whatsapp in my new IPhone and I finally see this error that "verification code is sent to Iphone X, paste the code here". I have never used any IPhone before this, it's my first IPhone which is IPhone 15 max pro. I don't know how to get rid of this issue. I tried reporting it to whatsapp via mail as this is the only way to connect with them but they didn't provide any valuable answer.

If anyone has faced this issue before or any idea on how to fix it, please help. Thanks !
