i cant download through my Apple account it's keeps saying Apple ID not active

So my question is how did you logged into this Apple Community, since it is the same for iCloud and just about everything else on Apple's ecosystem

I believe if an Apple ID is disabled, it only blocks purchasing apps and a few other things.
