How can I submit a feedback on the website?
I have been charged twice for Imusic and apparently there is nothing that can be done to get a refund (I already contacted the customer service). They have all the information they need to prove I deserve a refund, but the system doesn't allow to refund more than one month.
It is absolutely disgraceful and shouldn't happen, especially if it is a glitch in the system.
As sadly I cannot get my money back I would like, at least, leave a feedback so it doesn't happend to other customers. In the meantime I am moving to Spotify.
