How can I submit a feedback on the website?

I have been charged twice for Imusic and apparently there is nothing that can be done to get a refund (I already contacted the customer service). They have all the information they need to prove I deserve a refund, but the system doesn't allow to refund more than one month.

It is absolutely disgraceful and shouldn't happen, especially if it is a glitch in the system.

As sadly I cannot get my money back I would like, at least, leave a feedback so it doesn't happend to other customers. In the meantime I am moving to Spotify.

We are just users like you and have no idea what led you to believe you were charged twice or any details about your claim. There are many cases where users feel like they are charged twice, but later realize that was not the case. For some a charge was not able to be processed on a previous cycle, so when the next billing cycle occurs they will see both charges consecutively. Others will see 2 amounts that are exactly the same, but are for different purchases.


There are currently millions of Music subscribers and if there was a problem with users being charged twice for the service, you would hear about it on your nationwide news network.
