Messages not getting delivered from iPhone to Android

I changed my carrier to spectrum from us cellular. My contacts can text me but I am unable to reply. I get a cannot deliver message. How do I fix this?

My phone won’t allow me to send out messages to just a few other numbers, my phone carrier (O2) cannot seem to work out why. Would it help rectify this issue if I turned Wi-Fi calling on ? Not sure if that’s the way to go , any ideas ? I have a US phone that I’ve put an UK E Sim onto, turned off my US line whilst here in the UK. This shouldn’t cause an issue with my messages should it? Most messages go through to other UK numbers except 3 contacts so far.

I can’t send messages to Android phones from my iPhone Hello I can’t send messages to androids phones from my iPhone . I can receive there messages but when I go to reply it’s doesn’t send . i contacted the company in with they told me to reset my phone and turn it off and take SIM card out and put it back in and I done that but still doesn’t work . It was working last night but hasn’t worked all day it’s making me mad . Because I can’t send messages to my partner and kids when I need to Because it says failed . and I’ve done a network reset to no luck . Do you have any ideas why it’s just stop for no reason I can receive there’s but can’t reply it’s just weird [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Hi Jack,

have you checked the settings of message application in your iOS device, as you said you changed your carrier, then you might need to redo message app settings, for example check Send and Receive option in settings, scroll down, you’ll find Send as SMS, turn it ON.

Contact your carrier. SMS/MMS messaging is a carrier feature.
