Screen Share w/Apple Support

I called into apple support sometime today to resolve an issue I have having with iCloud on my windows PC. I was asked to share my screen so the advisor could better help me. After some issues in the middle of screen sharing, I had to restart my PC, enter a new screen share session, etc. After the issue was resolved, and we disconnected my background on my PC remained black (as if the screen share process was still running) so I restarted my pc, and the "screen share" process is still trying to run as the background still remains black and for a second it shows a pop up trying to connect then disappears. I've went to windows task manager to try find the process to kill it but cannot find any process name(s) remotely related to screen share or apple. How can I fix?

Thank you very much!
