I am unable delete apps from my iPhone
I can not delete apps I have gotten it just removes from Home Screen but still is my phone how do I just remove it in general?

There is an option in Screen Time to prevent deleting apps. Go to Settings > Screen Time >Content & Privacy Restrictions > iTunes & App Store Purchases > Deleting Apps and see it that is set to "Allow."
Also, some built-in apps cannot be deleted. See: Delete built-in Apple apps from your iPhone, iPad, or Apple Watch - Apple Support
