Restarting my Apple Watch when forced restart doesn’t work

After swimming laps my Apple Watch won’t restart. I’ve tried a forced restart and it’s not working. The Apple logo is now turning on and off.

Which Apple Watch are you using? If this happened after swimming, this looks like water damage.
