I have new phone new Apple ID. Billing is fine. I have a very old Apple ID on an old iPod that was being billed for storage, iCloud, Apple Music etc. Cannot get these merged. Now have a large unknown bill on old account?

Apple IDs cannot be merged. You’ll need to cancel whatever you wish on the “old” ID and sign up using the new. Purchases will not transfer as they are tied to the Apple ID
Apple.com billing issues is there no actual customer service number to call?
