Two iPhones One Owner

I have two iPhones, one work and one home (two devices, the phone and an iPad). I have two separate Apple IDs. I want to be able to find either phone with the other or my iPad, I've been through the community, but none of the suggestions work. I simply want to add each device to the other devices.

Is this possible? If so, how to do it?
