I want to buy a iphone on buget but also to have at least 2 years of updates.Im thinking that the 14 its not worth it because it has the same chipset and maybe the 13 and 14 will get outdated in the same time.

Apple normally supports a product for 5 years after it is discontinued.
The iPhone 13 has not yet been discontinued.
The iPhone 14 has not yet been discontinued.
We don't know if Apple will continue to do what they have done in the past.

If there is a Worldwide-Health Crisis like CIVID, then Apple may provide updates and create new apps for older, obsolete devices.
