Does anyone have these issue today?
I received a message in WhatsApp, when I click the icon, it says app is expired, please update to open. so click update button then redirect me to app store.
and I click update button in app store, it says whatapp is removed from app store by developer.
What should I do now? I have a lot of contact there that I need to communicate.
anyone has the same problem?

Offload your WhatsApp at Settings > General > iPhone Storage > WhatsApp > Offload App
After that reinstall WhatsApp in App Store, you won't lose any settings and chat histories, hope this helps.
Contact WhatsApp for support, that is not an Apple product.
