Lock Screen profile icon won't change to the new one set in both User Groups and Apple ID tabs

Hi I bought a new MacBook Pro, 14inch, M3 Pro two days ago and have been setting it up since this morning. Anyway, I've just noticed that the Lock Screen shows my profile icon as the default eagle instead of the penguin I selected in settings. I've set the new icon in both the User Groups and Apple ID tabs in settings but this hasn't made any difference.

Does anyone have any ideas about how I can fix this?

Changing your Login Picture:

Do while logged in as the user itself.

Go Here: Change your login picture on MaC - Apple Support
As it Reads: "The user must log in and change their picture or log out so you can change it."
