Something is going on with Apple I think, as I get locked every single time I would log out. I have to reset it every single time. The website to reset it awful and hardly works 1/4 of the time I have found.
You need to get the "Apple Support" app from the store on your phone and reset it thru the app. Works every time and your friends can even unlock you thru the app. time I try to sign in:
