Apple Watch Series 6 Stuck in Boot Loop

My Apple Watch glitched the one day and called Emergency Services all on its own. Since then, it has not been working properly. I tried to force restart, it came on and I reset my watch so I could reconnect it with my iPhone. Since I reset it, my watch has been in a boot loop. Force restart won't work, it just keeps flashing the Apple Logo. I've tried this while it's on the charger and off.
