email in junk not junk

I do not see a way of identifying an email as not junk. Moving it to the inbox does NOT resolve this. No search online seems to deal with this although MSOutlook as an app appears to have this same issue. What am I missing here? I have a lot of junk that is NOT junk and every day I am having to check multiple email accounts in AppleMail, (4), and each has its own Junk so I am then looking at 8 folders when its just not needed. Should have a way to flag it as safe, not junk or when I move it to the inbox App should see it as safe.

Select the email that is not Junk and you will notice that the Mail Junk toolbar icon changes to Not Junk which you would then click to move that mail message to its intended Mail account inbox.

Otherwise, you need to get more creative in your Mail Rule creation to focus on specific Junk senders using a technique I have mentioned in Creating a rule in Apple Mail designed to… - Apple Community.

There is no Mail header field that boldly proclaims a given email as Junk to help you out.
