Mail Merge fields greyd out on labels template

Mail Merge works well for me, on standard A4 documents. But an Avery Word template, converted to Pages, here all Mail Merge fields are greyd out.

Problem with Avery Labels in Word on my Mac I downloaded some Avery templates to use in Word. The templates didn’t work as expected and now when I open up a new doc in Word, instead of a blank new document, it defaults to a template box with no way to delete or remove it from the new doc. Pages mail merge not prompting to send to Mac Mail Pages email merge: Running Pages 14.2 on MacBook Pro running MacOS 15.7.2. Have created a Pages doc to email merge Also created Numbers doc as data source Have successfully merged But when I click “mail merge” in bottom right window of the Mail Merge dialog box , I don’t get any prompt allowing me to merge the documents into Mac Mail. ¿What am I doing wrong?

Using pages for address labels I go to the Avery website, choose the template of 5160 and pages appears along with others , Word etc. I click on Pages and nothing happens. It has worked in the past but no results today
