is it worth upgrading to monterey 12.7.6, or does the upgrade make no sense? I am currently on 7.4
updates like like X.3 or X.4 indicate new or improved functionality as well as bug fixes. Updates like X.X3 or X.X4 are almost always security or serious bug related fixes. So yes, update. As always, perform a backup first. (That said, I’ve not experienced an update related failure in years.)
