iPhone dictation leaves special character at the end

When dictating into certain apps, an extra character is often left at the end of the dictation. On the iPhone, the extra character appears as blank space. (I don't have the unicode code point of the character at the moment, but I will get it and provide it here.) I see this behavior when using the Facebook app as well as the Google Sheets app. It may affect other apps as well, but those are the only ones I've seen it in. I think this is a problem with iPhone dictation.

Please fix this. This is very bothersome behavior.
