How to fix flickering lines at the bottom of my MacBook Pro m1? Has anyone experienced this before?

I own a MacBook Pro 13 inch M1 2020 that I bought in September 2021.I have used it since then without any problems.Today all of a sudden some horizontal flickering lines appeared at the bottom of my deck.I tried to restart my Mac but it didn't help. I checked if I was up to date with my OS and I was. I had Monterey.The lines still continued to be there.I upgraded to Sonoma and they are still there.Is this problem serious, meaning can it get worse in the long run?I'm asking because there's no authorised service provider in the country where I live.

I have attached a photo which I took with a phone that's not too good.The lines may not be visible from the photo but they can be seen with the naked eye.
