Bad components in iPhone 12 Pro speaker

Apple refuses to repair or replace their bad components in my iPhone 12 Pro . My speaker has no sound this is a known issue within a certain manufacturing date which my phone is in that range . But due to their policy it failed a few months too late to qualify for repair or replacement. I was an Apple person and loved their products but at current thinking hard on changing and giving Samsung an opportunity to win me over . I called apple support but no one will take accountability for their known faulty components. So sad Apple this is not a good way to treat your loyal customers.
