How can I tell if I have two Apple ID's?

I have an unusual physical address and it bogs down a purchase I try to make online (like my new iPad). I most often have to call to have an agent make the purchase. I can't see the new purchase when I log into my account and I get a messages saying that my email is associated with another account when I try to track the purchase with the order number and my email.

Also my iPad suddenly (my old iPad) gives me a pop-up window when I go to messages saying I need to log into my apple account. It won't take my password and I know it's right because I can go online and get right in. I get a message saying some people have two accounts.

I'm not tech savvy and totally confused. I can't use Messages on my iPad or FaceTime because it won't let me enter my Apple Password. I can only see two past purchases on the Apple site and there should be at least six.

Any easy to follow solutions?

It sounds like you are using a different Apple ID for your Media & Purchases. You can check that Apple ID by going to Settings > [name on top] > Media & Purchases. If it shows a different Apple ID there, then that is the one that is being used for your purchases and can be different then your main Apple ID that is located on top of that page.

My Apple Id, Icloud + Media & Purchases is greyed out so I CAN'T click the arrow to enter.

I think I have two IDs. My itunes on my computer is not syncing with my phone. The playlists are all different on the PC and phone. HELP!
