Having Issues?...

Troubleshooting iPad Pro to MacBook Pro Item-Tansfer:


A. Incompatibility:

iPadOS and macOS are completely different platforms. So, transferring them may not even make the openable.


B. Wait it Out:

It may take some time. So, you'll just have to wait ti out. Do not interrupt it. Place it atop a laptop cooler, until all is completed.


C. Take Screenshots the Photos:

If you can't transfer certain items (i.e. file info), take a screenshot of what you see.


D. Whom to Contact:

Contact your Carrier, as they are the one who provide you with the service of Messaging.
