FaceTime won’t activate

FaceTime won’t activate

I am trying to figure out several problems: I have gone through all the previously posted suggestions looking for more ideas

I suddenly can’t text an android phone, any suggestions
I have a primary and secondary number, they are the same number
Now I can not get FaceTime to activate

I changed carriers, should I contact them for help. They don’t have physical stores so this is tough.

Contact your cellphone carrier and request the sms unlock from your phone line because FaceTime and iMessage requires the SMS to activate

If you can’t Turn on or Sign in to iMessage or FaceTime - Apple Support

If you can't Make a FaceTime Call on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

If you Experience an Error when Trying to Activate iMessage or FaceTime - Apple Support
