I have a new phone as above. I had 5 messages on my phone (normally takes about 3 days to come through to my phone) and 5 messages when I called 101 (australia's message bank)
I had people telling me it says mail box is full. I find it difficult to think you can now only have 5 messages before its full.
Any idea how to fix this.
I've gone into the 101 and changed Pin number as someone suggested that.

If you see SOS, No Service, or Searching on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
Voicemail / visible voicemail is a carrier feature
if no resolve I would contact your Carrier for support
