iPhone 15 Custom Greeting won't save

Hubby and I both upgraded to IPhone 15, and when we record our custom voicemail greeting, the SAVE button is greyed out. It goes back to the default greeting every time. I've reset the greeting, and I've reset Network Settings. Still have the issue.

Can't save custom greeting iPhone 14 I have AT&T and iPhone 14. I recorded a CUSTOM greeting but SAVE is grayed-out. And when I check, the phone has gone to DEFAULT greeting. I called AT&T and they suggested re-setting the network settings. I went to GENERAL in Settings and tried to re-set the network settings. But it still isn't working. Any other ideas?

Contact your carrier if you have issues with voicemail.
