Unable to move emails from Google/iCloud accounts to Hotmail/Outlook account on iOS native mail app

Hi, I'd like to now the status of a bug in moving emails between accounts on the native iOS Mail app, specifically when moving emails from an iCloud or Gmail account to a Hotmail/Outlook account. It is possible to move emails from the Hotmail/Outlook account to iCloud and Gmail accounts, but not from iCloud or Gmail to Hotmail/Outlook. It is also possible to move emails between iCloud and Gmail both ways.
