Scribble mode does not work on my iPad Air

The Scribble mode does not work on my iPad air (2024)I have tried a forced restart aswell as checked that everything is updated. When i click on the Apple Pencil page in settings i do not Even have an option to turn on or off scribble. The scribble mode only comes up when i search for the scribble mode, but again, im not able to turn anything on or off or Get to the scribble option. How do i Get the scribble mode? And then turn it on?
