How to make captions larger on iPhone 14 Plus like on iPhone 8 Plus?

I recently got an iPhone 14 Plus. I am visually impaired and always have the captions on the extra large size. But that setting is really small on this phone. On my iPhone 8 Plus, extra large is extremely large and easy to read, but it’s different on the 14. I have all my font and size settings maxed out on my phone, but the captions are still too small.

the same setting is fine on my iPhone 8 Plus and iPad 8th gen, but not on the 14 plus. Please help.
