How to fix zoomed-in screen issue on my iPad 10 Gen?

- screen size 10.9-

version 17.5.1

On a gaming app when I am going to save my account on the gaming app when I’m done putting in all information and I am trying to save it the save button is it too low and I can’t get to it because the screen is zoomed in so far.. my zoom is turned off on my settings and everything like that. That’s not the problem only does it certain gaming apps & randomly throughout other apps. How do I fix this?

Zoom in on the iPad screen - Apple Support*

*Adjust the magnification: Double-tap the screen with three fingers (without lifting your fingers after the second tap), then drag up or down. Or triple-tap with three fingers, then drag the Zoom Level slider.
