Sound issues in i phone 12 mini

I found some sound issue in my i phone 12 mini. When i went through the apple free service support to know if there is any issues with the phone, since my phone’s headset stops working all of a sudden. In website its mentioned that i phone 12 & 12 pro have sound issues.. i found the same issue in 12 mini also.. does anyone have undergone such issue? @apple please arrange free service program for all 12 series.. this is a common issues i think.
