Not knowing if this computer is Intel Based or Apple Silicon Computer Based

If Intel Based >> Rosetta2 will not be offered.

If you need to install Rosetta on your Mac

If you need to install Rosetta on your Mac

Rosetta 2 is only available on Apple Computer with the Silicon M1 / M2 / M3 Computers.

Terminal Command

softwareupdate --install-rosetta

You are Welcome

M1, M2, M3 Apple computers are all Apple Silicon Computers

To check if Rosetta 2 is installed and or has been since been updated

Finder >> Utilities >> System Information

On left panel >> Installations

In right panel >> scroll down until Rosetta appears

As you can see - there have been many RosettaUpDateAuto in this machine which includes the Date of Installations

The name " R 4.4.1 for macOS (ARM64) " appearing in the above image appears to be a Cisco Secure Client and possible part of the overall Cisco AnyConnect

Hopefully, you have this issue fixed by now

If not, you may consider checking with the Developer of this software and ask them why their software is requesting to use Rosetta 2
