Apple shift key stuck

The shift key acts like it’s always pressed

I had to post this question to answer it myself for everyone facing this issue , if you have an M1 or any apple processor (not intel) then you have to open your mac and physically unplug the keyboard from from the control board it runs through , then plug it back in again and it starts to work normally as it should , this issue happened to me when I was cleaning the keyboard with the mac turned on . So it’s basically turn it off turn it on again , but you have to physically unplug and plug the keyboard back in . I did this whilst my mac was on , don’t know if it works if the mac is off. But it works when when the mac is on (booted)
