My snap chat don’t work

Review the support article they provide with some solutions depending on the error message you receive:

You will see that if the error is SS18, SS06, or SS07, then it means that the device is banned and they provide this:

If your device has been banned, Snapchat Support cannot unban it for you.

There is nothing Apple can do and if a resolution is available it will have to come from SnapChat. If you are unable to get assistance from them, you will not be able to use their service.

It is possible that the device was banned from snapchat for not following the Terms of Use for their service or there may be a problem with your account. Contact SnapChat for assistance.
